client conditions

by working with me, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following conditions:

-noah can only accept direct forms of payment (cash [$1-$20 bills only], venmo, cashapp, zelle)

-you understand that if you are unable to provide payment for your session using one of the above payment methods, noah will not be able to shoot with you

-your shoot date and time are not confirmed until a $100 deposit is received and confirmed by noah

-you may reschedule your shoot up to 2 times

-after rescheduling 2 times, every following reschedule will require a $50 non-refundable fee to hold your new date and time (note: this fee is separate from the deposit and is added to the cost of your session)

-your deposit will NOT be refunded if you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours before your scheduled shoot date and time

-the remainder of your session fee is due within 24 hours of receiving your edited photos

-if your choice(s) of location(s) are inaccessible by train, you agree to pay for the cost of transportation to and from the location

-noah is not responsible for any injuries or illness incurred during a shoot

-noah has a strict anti-racism, anti-homophobia, anti-transphobia, and anti-misogyny policy; engaging in racist/homophobic/transphobic/misogynistic behavior or using racist/homophobic/transphobic/misogynistic language will result in the immediate termination of your session 

-violence is strictly prohibited; engaging in violence of any form during your session (towards anyone, noah included) will result in the immediate termination of your session

-all personnel attending the shoot (hair, makeup, etc.) must be cleared by noah and everyone (noah & client included) must wear a mask for the entirety of the shoot (except when client is shooting or in hair/makeup)
